*Commission Offer: Sales commission from 0.99% (ex GST) and property management from 3.99% (ex GST). Minimum fees apply as specified in the signed Agency Agreement. For properties below certain value or rent thresholds (e.g. sales under $500,000 or rentals under $500 per week), NovaNest Property may apply a minimum commission or alternative fee structure at its discretion. All rates exclude GST, advertising, marketing, lease preparation, tribunal representation, postage, and any additional service fees. Final terms, rates, and inclusions are confirmed in writing within the relevant Agency Agreement. NovaNest Property reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

*Gift Card Promotion: New sellers or landlords who sign an Exclusive Agency Agreement with NovaNest Property to sell or lease their property are eligible for a $100 Gift Card, provided the agreement remains valid and active for at least 60 days from the commencement date and the owner cooperates reasonably throughout the campaign, including marketing, inspections, and communication. The offer becomes void if the agreement is cancelled, terminated, or not renewed before the 60-day period, or if the property is withdrawn from sale or lease by the owner. The gift card is not payable if no sale or lease occurs due to the owner’s decision or non-cooperation. Limited to one gift card per property, not transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid with other promotions. NovaNest Property reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
