Pricing – How “From” Prices Work

Any advertised price or fee is a starting price only.

It is based on:

• A weekly rent of $500, and

• A 2.99% property management fee (excluding GST), charged on rent collected.

Your actual fees may be higher or lower depending on:

• Your property

• The rent amount

• The services you choose

Letting fees, advertising costs, and optional services are not included unless we clearly say so in writing.

Fees and Commission

Our fees are:

• Sales commission: from 0.99% (ex GST)

• Property management fees: from 2.99% (ex GST)

Some properties may be subject to minimum fees, which will be explained and confirmed in your signed Agency Agreement.

For properties with lower sale prices or rental amounts (for example, sales under $500,000 or rent under $500 per week), a different fee structure may apply based on the property and services required.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our fees do not include:

• GST

• Advertising or marketing costs

• Lease preparation

• Tribunal or legal representation

• Postage

• Optional or additional services

Your signed Agency Agreement always confirms the final fees and services.​

Free Rental Advertising

Free rental advertising applies to standard listings only on realestate.com.au and Domain. Premium upgrades or additional advertising are not included unless agreed in writing.

Open home frequency depends on:

• Tenant availability

• Market conditions

• Practical scheduling factors

Property Types

All advertised fees and commissions on this website apply to standard residential properties only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Fees for commercial properties, boarding houses, rooming houses, serviced apartments, short-term accommodation, mixed-use properties, or other non-standard property types are not included in the advertised pricing and will be quoted separately based on the property, compliance requirements, and services requested.

 

​Changes to Offers

We may update or withdraw advertised offers from time to time.
This does not affect any current signed Agency Agreement.
